Who you're buying from
This store is operated by Marvex Group LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its address at 30 N Gould St Ste 100, Sheridan, WY 82801.
In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Marvex Group LLC. "You" means the person placing an order.
By placing an order you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't order.
What you're buying
Every title in this store comes in two formats, and you choose which one at the top of the product page.
The digital edition is a PDF, delivered by email. Nothing is printed and nothing is posted.
The printed edition is a physical book, produced to order and posted to your address. It does not include the PDF.
Bundles are collections of digital editions only, unless the product page says otherwise.
What you may do with it
When you buy a digital edition you receive a personal, non-transferable licence. You may read it on any device you own, print it in whole or in part for your own use, and keep it for as long as you like.
When you buy a printed edition you own that physical copy and may do with the object what you like, including giving it away or reselling that single copy.
In both cases you may not resell, rent, sub-license or redistribute the contents, upload them to file-sharing sites, public cloud folders or messaging groups, reproduce more than a single recipe publicly without our written permission, or use the contents to train machine-learning models.
Copyright in the text and photographs remains with Marvex Group LLC. Buying a book does not transfer it.
Age
You must be at least eighteen years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Depending on where you live, sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout and will be shown before you pay. Shipping, where it applies, is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
Payment is handled by our payment providers. We never see or store your card number.
When the contract starts
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract exists when we send you the order confirmation email.
Availability
We try to keep the store online at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, hosting failures and events outside our control can interrupt service.
Printed books are produced to order. If a title becomes unavailable to print after you have ordered, we will tell you and refund you in full.
Accuracy of content
Our recipes are written, weighed and tested with care. Nutritional values are calculated from ingredient weights rather than measured in a laboratory. See the Nutrition Note for detail. Cooking results depend on your ingredients, your equipment and your kitchen.
Nothing here is medical advice
Connie is a cook, not a doctor, dietitian or nutritionist. Nothing in these books or on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have a medical condition, an allergy, or you are pregnant, speak to a qualified professional before changing how you eat.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected with a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, where such limitation is not permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep any mandatory consumer protections of your own country that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published here at the time you order.
