SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Digital editions

Nothing ships. Your download link is emailed automatically, normally within a few minutes of payment, to the address you typed at checkout.

If it hasn't arrived after ten minutes, check your spam or promotions folder first, then check the address you entered, then write to support@recipesfromconnie.com with your order number and we'll send it again.

Format is PDF. It opens on any phone, tablet, laptop or e-reader, and it prints on ordinary paper. Your link stays active for ninety days, but save the file to your device rather than relying on it.

Printed books

Printed books are produced to order and dispatched from [PAESE DI STAMPA].

Production takes [X] business days. After dispatch, delivery takes [X to X] business days within the United States and [X to X] business days elsewhere. These are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees.

Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. You receive a tracking number by email when your parcel leaves.

Customs and import charges

Orders outside the United States may attract customs duties, import VAT or handling fees when they arrive. These are set by your own country, are not included in what you paid us, and are your responsibility.

We declare every parcel at its true value. We cannot mark orders as gifts or declare a lower value.

Orders with both formats

If your order contains a digital and a printed book, the file arrives immediately. You don't wait for the parcel.

If your parcel doesn't arrive

If tracking has stopped moving for more than [X] business days, or the parcel is marked delivered and isn't there, write to us. We'll open a case with the carrier and either replace the book or refund you.
